Home sweet home
Back!!
The first thing I got home was lie on my comfy comfy bed and read the january edition of LIME.
And nope I'm not gonna tell you anything that happened at the reort with cat, lsa and wc. Just go read their blogs.
Well the next few days at the other chalet were spent mostly at the beach/swimming pool. I buried my cousin in the sand on the other island across the bridge, swam from the island to halfway down the bridge, left my mark on the bridge ("Leen was here + [my handprint]") and managed to build a nice sandcastle with my bare hands.
I feel accomplished.
HOW WRONG IS THAT?
The sand kept falling out from on top of my cousin's chest cos he was breathing, I cut one of my toes while swimming (by a stupid dead barnacle at the edge of the bridge), the mark (which was made by seawater) evaporated almost immediately and the sandcastle looked more like a sand dune.
This year's December Chalet Stay At Sentosa
+ No Fort Siloso trip (yay~ it was boooring. I sleepwalked there for the past few years)
+ Underwater World was captivating (as always. Rays rock.)
+ I got to swim at the beach properly (no I don't mean wetting my shirt.)
+ Got to watch You've Got Mail and Shrek in bed.
+ Got to watch a movie at Cinemania
- Wasted some time at the Community day celebration listening to three dudes singing some unknown songs thanks to mom (i think theyre from the 80s or something.)
- The swimming pool was dirty.
- No bbq
- Spilt coke at the monorail station (like, WTF!)
- Cousin was sick so she couldn't go out with me.
Blah! Actually I think there were more sucky stuff that happened but I guess a balance of good/bad points would be better. If not I'll sound ungrateful (which i sometimes am but I refuse to mention.)
Pretend you didn't hear that.
Gonna watch Ocean's 12 and do christmas shopping tomorrow at Orchard. Blah still haven't gotten a single thing for anybody. On a lighter note...Brad Pitt here I come!!
p.s. He's soooo hot.
Leen tried to force a smile @... 4:39 PM
